How to Order - Payment methods accepted

Our shopping cart will accept the following:

Credit Card Statements
Charges from The Penis Pinata will appear on your credit card statement as ‘Party Over Here’ - our parent store. You can enter your information securely through our checkout.

Money Order
Personal Check
PayPal

When paying by Money order and Personal Check, please make payable to PARTY OVER HERE.  Once money order payments are received, products is shipped immediately.  Personal Checks need 10 days to clear before items are shipped. There will be a $20.00 Bounced Check Fee for any checks returned with insufficient funds.   We also accept  PayPal!  Paypal sales are sent to sales@ThePenisPinata.com  

Shipping and Handling - Shipping Charges Scale:

We ship all orders using either US Postal Service PRIORITY MAIL or FEDEX GROUND for large boxes.  We usually ship the next business day.  You will receive an email confirmation a tracking number so you can track all packages.

We can ship overnight if requested.  Please contact us at 714-848-4340 or info@thepenispinata.com regarding RUSH DELIVERY and we will give you a quote based on the items you will purchase.

We respect your PRIVACY!  Your order will be mailed in a brown box, and Return Label will read PARTY OVER HERE.

Taxes:

CA residence will be charged 8.25 % Tax upon checkout.

Return Policy:

We accept unused, regular priced merchandise with a Return Authorization for exchange or credit refunds.   All items must arrive with in the original packaging and/or with all tags still attached.

Credit refunds will be given only on returns postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
Items returned at buyer’s expense will be credited the full purchase price less shipping and handling fees.

TOYS*, BODY PRODUCTS, LUBRICANTS, Clearance products AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please contact us for a return authorization if you wish to return or exchange an item.

We DO NOT sell nor share your information with any outside companies or third parties. All order that are shipped have a label shipped out of Party Over Here! for your privacy.
